AceShowbiz - The Used has filed for a restraining order against a former bandmate, revealing he has threatened to kill himself during a show. The bandmates fired Justin Shekoski earlier this year, citing "artistic differences," and according to new documents, obtained by TMZ, the guitarist has threatened to hang himself at a concert.
Shekoski has also reportedly threatened violence against his ex-bandmates. In one disturbing text he writes, "those f***s ruined my life and stole all of my creative work."
The Used, whose frontman Bert McCracken once dated Kelly Osbourne, has been granted protection and Shekoski has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from all members of the group, and any place they work.
