AceShowbiz - Following the release of her new single "No Tears Left to Cry" last month, Ariana Grande performed the track for the first time in the Tuesday, May 1 episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". Her performance was introduced by host Jimmy Fallon.

Sporting her iconic high ponytail and a pink two-piece with pearl accents, the Nickelodeon alum started off her performance by lying on the floor as the music played. It's clear as day that Ariana wanted to give her best performance as she made use of all the props on the stage, showing off some dance moves.

"Right now, I'm in a state of mind/ I wanna be in, like, all the time/ Ain't got no tears left to cry/ So I'm pickin' it up, pickin' it up/ I'm lovin', livin', I'm pickin' it up," she sings. "I just want you to come with me/ We on another mentality."

During her appearance on the late night show, Ariana also revealed some exciting details about her forthcoming album, including the title and release date. Titled "Sweetener", the much-anticipated album will be released on July 20. "It's kind of about bringing light to a situation or to someone else's life," she said of the album title. "Or about somebody that brings light to your life, or sweetening the situation."

In addition to revealing the title and its release date, Ariana revealed a few songs off the effort, including "The Light is Coming", "God Is a Woman" and first track "Raindrops". Talking about the first track, which was written by her grandfather's best friend, she shared that she recorded the song when her album was almost done.

Prior to releasing the album, Ariana will hit the stage at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards, which will take place on May 20 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
