A representative for TUNES Audio announces the news through a statement which reads, 'At this time, it is in the best interest of our company to move on.'

AceShowbiz - 6ix9ine has lost out on a $5 million headphones deal following allegations he was involved in a shooting incident in New York. He has reportedly been banned from performing at the Soulfrito Fest 2018 in the venue in June over the incident and now bosses at TUNES Audio have decided to not move forward with a deal to have the rapper promote the brand.

"At this time it is in the best interest of our company to move on," a representative says. "We wish him well, he's a great artist."

Earlier this week, it was reported the rapper's entourage was involved in an altercation with rapper Casanova's crew following the Adrien Broner boxing match at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn last weekend. According to TMZ, someone fired a gun during the alleged scuffle, but police were not able to immediately identify a suspect after the incident.

Meanwhile, 6ix9ine's manager, Tr3yway, is a person of interest in two shootings in Brooklyn, including the one after the Broner fight. He has not been arrested or hit with criminal charges.
