The 'A Quiet Place' actor is set to join the cast alongside 'Manchester by the Sea' star Lucas Hedges, who will also play a young LaBeouf.

AceShowbiz - Noah Jupe joins the cast of "Honey Boy". the "A Quiet Place" star has been tapped to play young Shia LaBeouf in the upcoming biopic, which is written by the latter himself.

Alongside Jupe, "Manchester by the Sea" star Lucas Hedges has also been cast as a young LaBeouf. Meanwhile, LaBeouf will portray a version of his own dad in the film, which chronicles the "Fury" star's life from his big break on Disney Channel's "Even Stevens" to his roles in blockbuster movies like "Transformers" and "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull".

LaBeouf has previously described how he attended 12-step programmes with his dad, a former clown and recovering heroin addict, while filming "Even Stevens". "Honey Boy" was the nickname LaBeouf's father gave to him.
