AceShowbiz - It looks like Trey Songz will face some serious legal issues once again. The R&B singer has been accused of hitting a woman in the face while they were partying during NBA All-Star weekend.
According to TMZ, a woman has filed a police report claiming Trey hit her in the face while they were attending a party at a nightclub in the Hollywood Hills on Saturday night, February 17. The woman claims that the singer got upset when he spotted her talking to another man at the party. An argument ensued and that was when he hit her in the face.
The woman reportedly left the party on her own after the alleged incident and went to a hospital. Her injuries were said to be minor. The case will be reviewed by the L.A. City Attorney to determine whether Trey will be charged.
Reps for the Virginia-born singer have yet to respond to the accusations.
This wasn't the first time Trey had some legal issues due to his behavior. Last August, he pleaded guilty to two counts of disturbing the peace in Detroit after microphones and speakers were thrown from the stage during his concert at Joe Louis Arena. The singer was initially arrested after hitting a cop in the head when the officer tried to calm him down.
And in December last year, he was sued for allegedly smacking a female fan in the face. The female fan, who went to Philadelphia's Vanity Grand Cabaret strip club to meet Trey, alleged that he got violent after she tried to take a picture in the parking lot.
The 33-year-old "Bottoms Up" singer allegedly smacked her phone into her face, causing her glasses to break. The female fan is now suing him and the venue for $50,000. She claimed that the establishment was aware of his history of "violence and negative interaction" in public.
