The new grandparent of four breaks her silence to congratulate her 20-year-old daughter on giving birth while subsequently hinting that she has been by the new mom's side all along.

AceShowbiz - Caitlyn Jenner has broken her silence following the birth of youngest daughter Kylie Jenner's first child with rapper boyfriend Travis Scott (II). The 68-year-old former Olympian took to her Instagram account on Monday, February 5 to congratulate the 20-year-old star on giving birth to her baby girl.
"My daughter just had a daughter," so Cait captioned a throwback photo of baby Kylie. The new grandparent of four then hinted that she's been by her daughter's side throughout her pregnancy despite being noticeably missing in the baby reveal video Kylie shared on her YouTube channel over the weekend.
"It's amazing to be by your side through this journey," Cait continued. "She's SO beautiful already," the former "I Am Cait" star gushed over her newest granchild, adding that she "can't wait to watch her grow. Throwback to my baby, as a baby @kyliejenner."
Kylie and her rapper boyfriend Travis welcomed their "beautiful and healthy baby girl" on February 1, the cosmetics mogul announced on her Instagram account on Sunday. Along with the announcement, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister told her fans that she's "sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions."
"I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys," she continued. "My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free and health way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness."
"Pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering and life changing experience I've had in my entire life and I'm actually going to miss it," she added. "I appreciate my friends and especially my family for helping me make this special moment as private as we could. My beautiful and healthy baby girl arrived February 1st and I just couldn't wait to share this blessing. I've never felt love and happiness like this I could burst! Thank you for understanding."
