Fans finally have their first look at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new baby girl Chicago. A glimpse of the newest member of the Wests in the delivery room is shown in a YouTube video Kylie Jenner has shared to announce the birth of her first child, a baby girl, with rapper boyfriend Travis Scott (II).

Kim and Kanye welcomed their third child to their family on January 15. The baby girl was born via surrogate at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, weighing seven pounds and six ounces. "She's here! We're so in love," the 37-year-old reality TV star announced on her website/app at the time. "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl."

Kim, who also shares two other children with husband Kanye, went on thanking their surrogate, writing, "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care." She continued, "North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister."

As reported before, Kim and Kanye were both in the delivery room with the surrogate, though the hip-hop star was behind a curtain until after the baby was born. Kim was the first person to hold the baby girl for skin-to-skin bonding, and the surrogate was allowed some contact with the child after the birth. Her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian as well as momager Kris Jenner were also at the L.A. hospital, where the family's doctor Dr. Paul Crane oversaw the delivery.

Prior to making her grand debut with her famous family, baby Chicago had her first outing with mom Kim in Los Angeles on Thursday, February 1, the same day Kylie gave birth to her daughter. Kim and baby Chi went to visit the pediatrician that day. Wearing a flimsy beige tank top, gray Yeezy sweatpants and snakeskin boots, Kim was photographed pushing the little girl, who bundled up in blankets, in a stroller.
