The new video taken from the series' Winterfell set in Belfast suggests that things won't look good for the Stark family in the upcoming final season.

AceShowbiz - HBO tries to keep the production of the eighth and final season of "Game of Thrones" under the radar. However, if there is a huge flame on its Winterfell set in Belfast, it is almost impossible for it to go unnoticed.

Now, fans who are dying for the final season of the hit HBO series to arrive get a glimpse of what to expect in the new season. [SPOILER ALERT!] A new set video gives a major spoiler of the upcoming season as it sees Winterfell being up in flames. It's not just a little bit of smoke as it featured some very real fire alongside clever lighting and smoke as the entire set was lit up.

With that, it is almost certain that Winterfell will somehow fall in the final season. Fans have already predicted this, though there is no way for them to know what causes the fire. Many believe that it may be the Mad Queens, though there is huge possibility that it may be undead Viserion's blue flame.

Another theory suggests that it may be Drogon and Rhaegal's [Daenerys' two surviving dragons] doing. Fans also point out that it may be Cersei who puts the Stark family's home in wild fire during the great war.

Previously, it was rumored that the eighth and final season of the cult series would arrive in April 2019, with Metro quoting an apparently old interview with star Maisie Williams. The Arya Stark depicter later took to her Twitter account to set the record straight as she wrote, "Just a tweet letting you know this game of thrones release date 'quote' I've supposedly given is completely false and taken from an interview I did years ago."

HBO also didn't confirm the April premiere date, though the network didn't deny it either. However, it confirmed that the popular medieval drama would indeed return for season 8 in 2019.

The 6-episode final season of the hit medieval series starring Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke indeed is expected to feature a lot of battle scenes, including a dragon-on-dragon battle between Drogon and his undead brother Viserion in the Great War to come. The battle scenes will also be costly as there will be the army of the undead, the Dothrakis and more marching soldiers in the war.
