The 'Guardian: The Lonely and Great God' actor and the 'Discovery of Love' actress, who starred together in 'Train to Busan', reportedly have rented a hotel hall for their upcoming wedding.

Is Gong Yoo getting married? Rumor has it that the 38-year-old heartthrob is going to tie the knot with actress Jung Yoo Mi, his co-star in "Train to Busan" who is also under the same agency with him, Management Soop.
On Tuesday, January 9 local time, a user on an online community posted, "Gong Yoo is getting married. He made a reservation at Shilla Hotel yesterday, and someone working there leaked the information. The wedding's with Jung Yoo Mi." The post even specified a wedding date.
However, the rumor is soon debunked by their agency. "We are releasing a statement regarding the rumor that's spreading on social media and various online community sites right now. The rumors about Gong Yoo and Jung Yoo Mi are totally false. From here on out, we will be taking firm legal action against rumors and malicious comments," Soop Entertainment says in a statement.
A source from the agency further comments on the report, "The marriage rumors between Gong Yoo and Jung Yoo Mi aren't true at all. The two aren't even like siblings; they're like brothers. Gong Yoo treats Jung Yoo Mi like a younger brother."
Gong Yoo and Jung Yoo Mi, who were both born in Busan, South Korea, also starred together in 2011's film "Silenced" before reuniting in 2016's zombie blockbuster "Train to Busan". Gong Yoo experienced a new high in his career in 2016 with his other film "The Age of Shadows" and fantasy-romance drama "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" a.k.a. "Goblin".
As for Jung Yoo Mi, she starred on 2014's KBS drama series "Discovery of Love" and is a cast member on tvN's variety show "Youn's Kitchen", which is currently in its second season.
Gong Yoo was previously rumored dating his "Guardian" co-star Kim Go Eun, while Jung Yoo Mi was reportedly dating Yoo Ah In due to their closeness.
