In the black-and-white photo she shared on Instagram hours earlier, her basketball player boyfriend Tristan could be seen holding her bare baby bump from behind, while the "Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian" star's own hands showed the gorgeous rings.
Fans were quick to notice the rings and ask about the status of their relationship, with one of them writing on Twitter, "Looks like Khloe is also married." The source goes on explaining that currently "Khloe is in a committed relationship and very much in love, but they are not married." The expectant couple is focusing on a healthy pregnancy and did not secretly wed, notes the insider.
As reported before, Khloe finally confirmed her pregnancy after months of speculation. Following her announcement, the youngest Kardashian sister took to Twitter to thank everyone for the support.
