After more than a year, Lifetime has set the premiere date of the upcoming third season of "UnREAL". The critically-acclaimed series, which follows the making of reality dating competition show like "The Bachelor" named "Everlasting", is slated to return for its season 3 on Monday, February 26 at 10 P.M. on the network.

The new season will focus on a suitress instead of suitor for the very first time, with "Masters of Sex" actress Caitlin FitzGerald taking the throne of suitress named Serena. Serena will have to choose her love among hunky, eager male suitors as well as face off with the queen bees of "Everlasting", producers Rachel Goldberg (Shiri Appleby) and Quinn King (Emmy nominee Constance Zimmer).

Along with the announcement, Lifetime has released the first teaser of the upcoming season. "Are we ready to get this party started?" Quinn says. Later we are offered a glimpse of Caitlin's Serena, a "hot, sexy and smart" woman. However, Serena being smart seemingly will give Rachel and Quinn headache with the former telling the latter, "She's smart. We can't handle her the same way."

The teaser previews some "gold television" moments involving a man's bun. At the end of the teaser, some suitors are seen physically fighting against each other, presumably for Serena's love. "I thought women were dramatic," Quinn sarcastically says while watching it through her monitor.

The new season also stars Brandon Jay McLaren as new on-set psychologist on "Everlasting". Co-creator Sarah Gertrude Shapiro and Shiri once again helm alongside Constance. As part of Lifetime's Broad Focus initiative, Hanelle M. Culpepper ("Empire", "Quantico") and Sheree Folkson ("Doctor Who") also each direct, while Stacy Rukeyser is tapped to serve as showrunner, taking over from Carol Barbee.
