Jhene Aiko's new tattoo proves her love for Big Sean is permanent. The "Bad Peace" songstress paid a visit to a local tattoo artist in Downtown L.A. to get a huge, colored tattoo of her rapper beau on the back of her arm above the elbow.
Celebrity tattoo artist Miryam Lumpini a.k.a. The Witchdoctor completed the ink for Aiko. She shared on her Instagram account a series of photos featuring the 29-year-old singer/songwriter in the process of getting the massive ink as well as the finished ink, which showed Sean clad in a suit and tie.
"Art is [heart emoji]thanks Jhene for allowing me to share this moment," so the tattoo artist captioned the Monday, October 9 post.
Soon after Lumpini shared the photos, Aiko's fans took to the comment section to gush about the singer's new ink. "This is so cool," one said, adding a heart emoji. "wow beautiful tat and commitment," another wrote.
"maybe one day i'll love a guy enough to tattoo his face on me," another said, while some other users wrote similar gushing comments such as "dude she's so ducking in love it's crazy" and "The type of gf I'd be tbh."
But not all people like Aiko's decision to make her love for Sean permanent with the tattoo. One IG user commented, "I'm like actually pretty pissed at her for this s**t," adding, "lmao she doesn't even have her daughter on her but a man? Nah."
Some others wondered what the songstress would do if she and Sean split. "What's she gonna cover it up with when they're over?" one asked. "She'll come back in a couple months asking you to cover it up with the rose tattoo," another told Lumpini. One other pointed out that "Amber Rose got a tattoo of Wiz Khalifa in the exact same spot" before they split.
Aiko getting the new ink of Sean's face came a week after she finalized her divorce from Oladipo "Dot da Genius" Omisore. According to legal docs, the pair, who have no child together, have reached a financial settlement. Aiko and Dot da Genius were only married for 11 months. She has one daughter from her previous relationship with R'n'B singer O'Ryan.
