AceShowbiz - Mark Salling pleads guilty to possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors, according to a Tuesday, October 3 court filing. He will serve between four and seven years in prison, with 20 years supervised released.

The actor, who starred on FOX's hit series "Glee" as Noah "Puck" Puckerman, will register as a sex offender and participate in counseling or psychiatric treatment.

The 35-year-old is ordered to pay $50,000 to each victim. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, he has agreed not to have unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18 and stay away from schoolyards, parks, swimming pools, playgrounds and video arcades.

Back in December, Salling was arrested for possession of child pornography following a search of his Los Angeles-area home by the Los Angeles Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. In May 2016, he was charged in a federal indictment with allegedly receiving and possessing child pornography on his laptop and a USB flash drive. The laptop allegedly contained more than 50,000 images and videos of child pornography, while police found another 4,000 images on the flash drive.

According to court documents, the actor used the internet in his home from April 2015 through December 2015 to "download thousands of images of child pornography." Salling was said to use a software to mask his IP address, but showed his child pornograhy to an adult woman, who reported him to police.

The plea agreement has to be accepted by the judge with the trial being scheduled for October 17.
