AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen has just shut down rumors that her marriage to singer John Legend is on the brink of divorce in the most glorious way possible. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model took to her Instagram account on Thursday, September 14 to slam a tabloid report suggesting that their relationship is crumbling.
Chrissy posted on the photo-sharing site an image of an article from In Touch magazine which had a headline that read, "Chrissy & John on the Brink of Splitting." Known for her outrageous antics on social media, the mother of one wrote in the caption, "Oh in touch go f**k yourselves, you exclusively dumb pieces of trash."
Chrissy's scathing comment was posted hours after she shared a photo of herself and his 38-year-old hubby all dressed up as they prepared to celebrate their 4th wedding anniversary. "Do you know what to-day is #itsourannuversary," she captioned the snap.
John also took to his own account to profess his love for his gorgeous wife, the mother of his baby girl Luna. The "All of Me" crooner posted a sweet photo of Chrissy kissing his nose. "Anniversa-date. Married 4 years today. Met 11 years ago yesterday. I love this woman deeply," he gushed in the caption.
In Touch previously reported that Chrissy and John had been attending marriage counseling as their relationship was spiraling downward. The stunning model and the "Love Me Now" singer allegedly "are having real marriage problems" and they "have been in marriage counseling for the last six months."
Chrissy's battle with pospartum depression and her excessive drinking, which she recently claimed to have restrained, were said to have brought the couple "to a breaking point." An insider told the news outlet that they're "fighting nonstop," but despite that, "they're trying very hard to make their marriage work."
