Blac Chyna and baby daddy Rob Kardashian are not under DCFS investigation for their daughter Dream's "well-being," contrary to previous report. Blac's lawyer Lisa Bloom has confirmed that the little girl is still being co-parented by the stripper-turned-reality-TV-star and her ex-fiance, the custody agreement the exes reached after their social media war in late July.

"Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby, Dream with Rob," Lisa tells HollywoodLife.com in a statement. "We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing nor have we been able to find any in the court files."

Both Blac and Rob are due in court on September 18 to further deal with her [current] temporary restraining order against him, and Lisa tells the webloid that date still stands. "The hearing on our restraining order remains on calendar for September 18," the lawyer says. "We look forward to proving our case at that time."

It was previously reported that The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services had opened an investigation aimed at protecting Dream, who just turned 10 months old. The Dept. was allegedly concerned about Dream's "well-being," with sources saying how DCFS had gone to L.A. County Dependency Court in an attempt to have a judge determine if the little girl's indeed safe.

The investigation was reportedly into Blac's alleged drug use before she split from Rob. Additionally, the case was said to be linked to a restraining order that the Lashed Bar founder filed against the 30-year-old reality TV star back in July after she accused him of domestic abuse and violating revenge porn laws.

At the time, Blac accused her baby daddy of punching her, tearing the hinges off a door, showing her a gun and threatening to kill himself with pills. "This was a really scary experience for me," the 29-year-old former exotic dancer said in the sworn statement. The restraining order was filed just days after Rob posted naked photos of Blac on social media without her consent.
