Alec Baldwin was back to spoof Donald Trump in Thursday's (August 24) episode of "Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update: Summer Edition". The "Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation" actor skewered Trump's rally in Phoenix in the cold open.

"Wow, how about that eclipse, folks?" Baldwin's Trump said as he walked up to the podium wearing eclipse glasses. "Now, a lot of people don't know this, but you can damage your eyes while looking at an eclipse. No one could have predicted this. They couldn't have. I figured it out all by myself." He said as he took off the glasses, "Wow, everyone's so white here."

Kenan Thompson appeared in the sketch as a black audience member at the rally and Baldwin's Trump couldn't help pointing him out. Thompson said he was there because "that's what the ad said you were looking for."

Addressing the Charlottesville riots, he declared himself a "tragic victim" of the incident. He also responded to media's criticisms on his comments. "The media has treated me so unfairly by using my exact remarks," Baldwin's Trump said.

He read the wrong transcript before reading the right speech, " 'We had a group on one side that is very bad, Neo-Nazis and then a group on the other side.' And then I didn't say a single word after that. Nothing else was said."

Moving on to the next topic, he asked the crowd, "We all love the wall, don't we?" referencing Trump's proposed wall along the Mexican border. Thompson responded, "Yeah, it's my favorite album."

Baldwin's Trump also took the chance to give former chief strategist Steve Bannon a proper goodbye. Bannon, who has been depicted as the Grim Reaper on "SNL", joined him on the podium. "Steve, we love you," Baldwin's Trump said, to which Bannon replied, "I'm going to crush you."
