Wanna One's rising popularity has started to take a toll on their safety. The "Energetic" hitmakers were mobbed by brutal fans while they were heading to a building to film "Immortal Song 2" on Monday, August 14.

In a video obtained by a fan, people immediately surrounded the members as soon as they exited their car. Although their bodyguards told fans not to get too close, nobody listened as they kept running toward the members. They didn't seem to notice the members' uncomfortable expressions and kept trying to touch them as well as take close-up photos.

Fans were supposed to stand behind the fence, but most of them waited in front of the fence. At one point, the fence almost fell down as they surrounded the members. Park Woo Jin and Lee Dae Hwi appeared to be scared of the fans as they had to hold hands with other members while entering the building.

Although everyone managed to enter the building, Park Ji Hoon was believed to have injured his fingers while trying to get away from fans. Some fans took photos of his bleeding fingers and posted them on social media, causing other fans to be extremely worried for Wanna One's safety.

This wasn't the first time Wanna One's fans caused a ruckus. Last week, some fans fought in front of the building where the group was filming "Saturday Night Live Korea". The police later arrived at the scene to stop the fight. People who live in the same apartment building as the members had also expressed their frustration at stalkers who disturbed other people living there.

Wanna One made their debut on August 7 after previously winning survival show "Produce 101" season 2, on which the final 11 members competed against 90 other trainees.
