Kevin Hart is hit with a new lawsuit after a fan allegedly got beaten by his security team. The plaintiff, Jay Collins, alleges that he was verbally and physically assaulted by the comedian's security at one of his stand-up shows two years ago.

The alleged incident took place at Kevin's show in Philadelphia on August 29, 2015. In the legal docs obtained by TMZ, Jay, who was said to be an invited VIP guest at the show, claims he was "aggressively approached and detained by stadium security."

Jay says stadium security then handed him over to Kevin's personal security, and that's when the brutality allegedly began. Jay claims in the suit that Kevin's security threatened to use a taser on him and then stabbed him in the face, neck and back with the prongs of the device.

It didn't end there, Jay claims. He was thrown to the ground, with the security team striking his upper body as well as his rib cage. He was then escorted from the venue, but not before they called him a "b***h," "p***y" and "coward."

Jay is reportedly seeking more than $50K in damages. While it's unclear why he didn't file a police report and waited two years to sue, he's going after Kevin because he believes the comedian has to take responsibility for the actions of his security team.
