AceShowbiz - It seems like Chris Brown is serious about getting back together with Rihanna. The "Turn Up the Music" singer made headlines after he commented on the Barbadian beauty's sexy Instagram snap, and the eyes emoji contained a hidden message for her.
According to HollywoodLife.com, Chris wanted to show his affection for her. "He just wants Rihanna to know that he still cares for her and he's happy to see the success she is having," an insider told the website. "The eyes emoji comment was him telling her, 'Okay, I see you doing your thing out there.' He doesn't feel like he needs to compete with anyone but himself."
The insider explained that Chris loves the "Diamonds" songstress a lot. "Chris absolutely still has feelings for Rihanna. When he commits to a relationship he falls hard, and Rihanna was one of his first real loves," the insider dished. "I wouldn't say he's obsessed with her, he feels like she was the one who got away from him."
Although Chris understood why Rihanna ended their relationship, he wanted her to know that he's more mature now. "Of course he accepts responsibility for what went down between them that night, but he is much older now and being a parent to a beautiful girl has given him a wealth of an entirely new perspective on what's important in life," the insider said.
Chris' intention seemed harmless, but fans blasted him for trying to bother Rihanna. However, Chris' other ex Karrueche Tran understood his action. In a video obtained by TMZ, she praised Rihanna's Crop Over Festival costume and said it would be nice to have a thick figure like the "Work" hitmaker. When asked about Chris' comment, Karrueche simply said, "I'd do the the same thing."
