The latest episode of "Game of Thrones" season 7 showed the heartwarming and slightly awkward reunion between Arya and Sansa Stark. But don't worry, Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams' relationship is far from being awkward in real life and these photos are the proofs.
The on-screen siblings took to their respective Instagram accounts to share a slew of photos to celebrate a very special day for both of them, August 7. The girlfriend of Joe Jonas shared a picture of a Polaroid photo, featuring her and Maisie. Both looked extremely cute while donning identical yellow-and-black tees and black bottoms. "Happy 7th August my soulm8 @maisie_williams," she captioned it.
Maisie, meanwhile, treated her 5.6 million Instagram followers to several photos of her and Sophie. The black-and-white photos featured the British beauties looking stunning in selfies, while another photo saw the two hilariously swapping their faces using an app. "Happy 7th August," the 20-year-old wrote in the caption.
August 7, 2009 turned out to be the date Sophie and Maisie found out they'd been cast on the hit HBO drama, Sophie previously revealed to E! News. The date was so special for the pair to the point they decided to get matching tattoos which read, "07.08.09". "She's one of my best friends in the whole world. We got matching tattoos," Sophie spoke of Maisie. "That's the date that we both heard we got 'Game of Thrones' on. I got it the other day. [It's] still a bit crusty."
