Mariah Carey's daughter Monroe is a little diva. The 6-year-old girl just made her singing debut when she joined her mother on a show at the Hollywood Bowl on Monday, July 31. Taking the center stage with her mother and her twin brother Moroccan, Monroe looked nervous as Mariah encouraged her to sing.
"We learned this song the other day," the 47-year-old songstress said to the twins as the music of "Always Be My Baby" began to play. "Come on!" Mariah said while kneeling down to hold out her microphone to Monroe. The little girl seemed unsure at first, but eventually showcased her adorable voice while singing the chorus.
Moroccan and Monroe are Mariah's children with her ex-husband Nick Cannon. Although the pair officially got divorced last year, they have managed to peacefully co-parent the twins. Earlier this year, Mariah and Nick brought their kids to the Kids' Choice Awards. "Honestly, you never get rid of the love, especially when you put the kids first...It all works out," Nick previously shared.
The recent show with the twins was a part of Mariah and Lionel Richie's "All the Hits" tour. The two Grammy winners have been spending their summer hitting the road for the North American trek, which will wrap up on September 5.
