Los Angeles Police Department is said to be investigating the case after the 'Juno' actress received disturbing messages as well as death threats on her Instagram account.

AceShowbiz - Ellen Page appears to be dealing with a scary hater. The "X-Men: Days of Future Past" star received death threats on Instagram and Los Angeles Police Department was said to be investigating the case.

According to TMZ, someone called her a "lying worthless Canadian" and a "b***h actress" who "needs to die in my hands." In another message, the hater said, "I find Ellen and kidnap her and kill her throat and let everyone see it on my Instagram." Last month, the police obtained a search warrant and tried to track the IP address of the culprit. However, no one has been arrested.

Although Ellen might feel disturbed by the threats, she was still able to have fun. The "Flatliners" actress took to Instagram to share photos from her hiking session on Sunday, July 23. One of the photos featured Ellen's hand pointing at a turtle. The word "TURTLE" was written on her inner arm.

Prior to this, the "Inception" star was spotted kissing her dancer girlfriend Emma Porter during an intimate date outside Cafe Gratitude in West Hollywood. In some photos obtained by Daily Mail, Ellen was wearing a gray T-shirt paired with jeans. She accessorized with a cap and a pair of sunglasses. Emma, meanwhile, opted for an all-black look as she was donning a black T-shirt paired with matching pants. Ellen could be seen putting her arm around her girlfriend's shoulders while sipping her coffee, before pulling her for a sweet kiss.
