After scandal regarding his sexual history was exposed a few days ago, Usher has to face a new lawsuit now for allegedly exposing another woman to STD. The woman, who didn't reveal her identity, has filed a $10 million lawsuit, suing the R&B star for negligence, battery and emotional distress.

According to TMZ, Usher and the woman hooked up in Atlanta on April 16 at her home. She says there was some heavy petting before they had sexual intercourse. However, he wore a condom at that time. The two later had sex again in a New Orleans hotel, and this time Usher didn't use a protection.

Although the woman doesn't state that she is infected with herpes in the legal documents, she claims that she is still concerned as she feels "exposed" to the disease. The woman blames Usher for this because she wouldn't have had sex with him if the singer had informed her about the exposure.

Usher was reportedly diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010. He had to pay $1.1 million in 2012 to settle a lawsuit after allegedly infecting his then-partner to the virus by knowingly having an unprotected sex with her.
