Kanye West clearly cares about his fans. The husband of Kim Kardashian sent custom Yeezy boots to his fan, a paralyzed boy named Tyler Wesley on Wednesday, July 19. Tyler took to Instagram to share a photo of the gift.

"Thank you #KanyeWest & @adidasoriginals for the Custom 'Cream White' Yeezy Boost 350 V2," Tyler, who was involved in a car accident five years ago that left him paralyzed from the shoulders down, wrote alongside the snap.

Kanye also gave Tyler a handwritten letter which read, "Tyler, you are an inspiration. You show the world anything is possible. Thank you for sharing your story."

Despite the severity of his injuries, Tyler has slowly been improving with the help of a whole lot of physical therapy, surpassing doctors' expectations for his recovery and beginning to use a walker in addition to his wheelchair.
