The father of one ditched his shirt during an intimate show while delivering electrifying performance of the catchy song.

Back in May, Liam Payne teased about his debut solo single "Strip That Down" with shirtless clips. However, he left fans heartbroken when the music video for the song didn't find him baring his upper body. The One Direction star has now lived up to fans' expectation, though, as he went shirtless during a recent show.
Liam took the title of the catchy track quite literally as he stripped down to just a pair of jeans at an intimate gig for Virgin radio on Friday, July 14. He began the show fully-clothed, but then he took off his shirt in the middle of the performance, proudly showing off his muscly torso while doing the choreography.

Fans later took to Twitter to express their excitement. A fan tweeted, "Thanks Liam for this show with @VirginRadiofr," while another wrote, "THANKS LIAM!! SUNSHINE OF MY LIFE."

Liam recently released the follow-up to "Strip That Down". Titled "Get Low", the track featured Zedd and had an equal dancey vibe to its predecessor. While Liam is currently working hard on his debut solo album, he reportedly wants the upcoming effort "to sound like a mix between Justin Bieber and Drake. It's definitely not going to be a hip-hop album."
