Blac Chyna won in her legal battle against Rob Kardashian. The buxom model was granted by judge a temporary restraining order against her baby daddy after he posted a series of her explicit pictures on social media in an angry revenge porn rampage.
Chyna said she was "scared" of Rob and worried that his online rant "will lead to increased irrational behavior and that he might harm her in his anger." She also accused him of hitting her, pushing her to the ground, and punching a hole in her bedroom door to get to her in the past.
The mother of two arrived at the courthouse in Los Angeles with her lawyer Lisa Bloom. She wore a white pantsuit. Rob was represented by Robert Shapiro, who worked with his late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., on the O.J. Simpson case, and attorney Samantha Klein.
Ahead of the court date, Shapiro called Rob's posts "a spontaneous reaction that he regrets." The lawyer said his client would not fight Chyna in court, adding that "Rob's only concern is for the well-being of baby Dream." After the judge ruled in favor of Chyna, Shapiro said, "Now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only - whatever is in the best interest of the child."
