The disgraced comedian is scheduled to face another trial for the alleged 2004 rape of Andea Constand after a jury was deadlocked last month.

AceShowbiz - Bill Cosby will be retried on charges he drugged and molested Andrea Constand in 2004. A judge has set a date for a retrial in the case, announcing on Thursday, July 6 that the comedian/actor should be ready for another day in court on November 6.

The new date is set after a jury was deadlocked during the first trial last month. Judge Steven O'Neill announced mistrial on June 17 after the jury couldn't reach a verdict on any of the three aggravated assault charges against the actor after 52 hours of deliberation.

"She will be absolutely ready," said Constand's lawyer, Dolores Troiani, of the retrial. "She wants to see justice done and she wants to see this through. She was in the courtroom (after the deadlock) comforting everyone else."

In his deposition, Cosby admitted to have given a string of young women pills or alcohol before sexual encounters over the past 50 years, including giving Constand Benadryl pills on the night the alleged sexual assault happened in 2004 at his home in Pennsylvania. However, he insisted that the sexual encounter was consensual.
