Serena Williams poses nearly nude for the latest issue of Vanity Fair. The professional tennis player is celebrating the impending arrival of her first child with the sexy photo taken by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.

In the photo, Serena stands strong and proud with her back arched, leg jutted outward and her hair blowing backward. She goes topless and only wears a nude thong covered with a body chain. She completes her look with dark smokey makeup.

In an interview with the magazine, Serena admits that her first pregnancy "just doesn't seem real." She explains, "I don't know why. Am I having a baby? If you would have told me last year in October or November that I would have a baby, not be pregnant but have a baby, I would have thought you were the biggest liar in the world. This is kind of how I am right now. This is happening sooner than later, and it's going by so fast."

"I don't know what to do with a baby. I have nothing," she continues, "I've done absolutely nothing for the baby room."

Serena also opens up about Alexis' proposal during their trip to Italy. "I knew it was coming," she recalls, "I was like, 'Serena, you're 35, you're ready. This is what you want.'" He proposed at the same table where they had first met at a hotel in Rome.
