G-Dragon never fails to shock his fans with "wild" hairstyles. This time, he surprised fans once again as he posted on Instagram photos of himself sporting cornrows and heavy makeup on Sunday, May 28.
In one of the photos, the Big Bang leader was standing in the middle of the street. He only wore green pants and black-and-white shoes, putting his upper body on display. His hair was braided in cornrows. The "One of a Kind" rapper was seen holding a cigarette in one of his hands.
In another photo, G-Dragon was staring at the camera while getting his makeup done using a pink Hello Kitty brush. He had splashes of red and black on his face and neck, hinting that he might go for a dramatic and smokey look.
Fans speculated that the photos were spoilers for his upcoming music video. "That looks like Los Angeles. I wonder if GD is here making a video?" a fan wondered in the comment section. "Can't wait to see the final outcome! The snippets are antagonizing. I'm sure that the end result will tear at my heart like the Made songs did. Art work at its finest!" another wrote.
While fans were excited about his new look, they also pointed out that he looked way too skinny. "Is it the new concept of your new album? Skinny? Coz swear to God, I'm sorry but you look like a malnourished person," one of them commented. "Babe you're so skinny. Please try to gain some weight for this comeback," another added.
G-Dragon is currently preparing for his new solo album which is set to be released before his world tour, "Act III, M.O.T.T.E", kicks off in June.
