After teasing for weeks, Nick Jonas has finally blessed fans with new summer music, just in time for holiday weekend. He released a single called "Remember I Told You" featuring Anne-Marie and Mike Posner on Friday, May 26 and it was definitely worth the wait, because the banger will urge you to dance to the beat.

The insanely catchy track is about Nick who tries to rekindle an old romance with his ex-lover. The pop newcomer Anne-Marie plays the ex-lover as she sings the second verse, serenading the man she loves who has possibly moved on. Meanwhile, Mike Posner raps on the bridge powerfully, trying to understand his two collaborators' situation.

"I don't like the way you went and told me, 'Oh well'/ I have the suspicion you're not being yourself/ I don't suppose you have a moment to spare me/ Do you? Do you?/ Remember I told you, I need you/ Remember the spark that was there/ All of the words that I'm saying/ Are just a fancy way of saying 'I care,' " Nick sings on the chorus.

"The new track was written last year while I was on tour, which is one of my favorite times to write, when I'm constantly in front of new audiences and being inspired on a nightly basis," Nick previously said of the track. "It was rainy day in Maine, so I went on the studio bus and I started this track and I really liked the way it sounded."

"I love the message. I feel like it's a position so many people have been in, where they feel like they're not being heard," he added. "I love the first line of the chorus because I feel like it's a really humble way of asking for someone's attention and begging to be heard after you've given so much to them."
