Chrissy Teigen likes to give fans updates from her daily life. The mother-of-one recently shared on her Instagram account a photo of herself and husband John Legend lounging on their bed prior to the 2017 Met Gala.
The couple posed topless in the photo Teigen shared on Monday, May 1. She gave a straight look at the camera as she covered her modesty with a white bed sheet. Her singer hubby, meanwhile, looked comfy as he rested his head on a pillow while giving a hint of a smile. "Readddddy. #metball," so Teigen captioned the snap.
The famous couple arrived at the annual fashion gathering at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday, May 1 in matching white outfits. The 31-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model looked chic in a custom black-and-white floral gown from Marchesa that featured lots of details and embroideries. Legend, meanwhile, decked out in a classic white suit which he paired with black pants.
Teigen previously hinted at her outfit, saying she wanted to be beautiful on the dress. "We still wanna be beautiful. We want to make a statement for sure," she told PEOPLE at a Smirnoff Vodka Cocktail event in N.Y.C. "There are those classic Marchesa elements in it, like a train. But for the most part, it's just gonna be really beautiful and simple."
