AceShowbiz - Is Lil Wayne going to release "Tha Carter V" soon? That was what the veteran rapper hinted when he ended his Dallas show a few days ago. As usual, the announcement came along with a harsh slam on Cash Money Records. Before walking off the stage, Wayne told the crowd, "C5 coming soon. F**k Cash Money. It's the Roc."

"Tha Carter V" is a very much-anticipated album from Wayne. It has been talked since 2012, but has never been given a release date. In January this year, Wayne also teased fans about C5 and two other projects. However, there has been no further information.
Prior to this, the hip-hop superstar made headlines during his "Kloser 2 U" tour in Idaho. He ended the show abruptly after a fan threw a drink at him. Earlier this month, Wayne made sudden announcement during his show in Pennsylvania which spurred rumors about him officially leaving Cash Money and joining Jay-Z's label Roc Nation.
He recently clarified the rumors. "No, we haven't done that yet. We still working on that, that's a situation. But like I said, Jay's just a good guy, he just wants to help me. So he's just going to be helping me," Wayne explained.
