After weeks of anticipation, fans could finally get the second single off Katy Perry's upcoming album this week. The pop star took to Twitter on Wednesday, April 26 to announce the track titled "Bon Appetit" featuring hip-hop trio Migos. The announcement came along with the single's official cover art and release date.

In the colorful cover art, Katy's head is on a platter, laying on a bed of fruit. There are three tattooed hands, which belong to none other than Migos members, reaching out for the dish. Katy wrote alongside the artwork, "Compliments of the chef. 4.28.17."

Prior to this, Katy has teased her fans a couple of times about "Bon Appetit". She recently shared a cherry pie recipe which hinted at the new single. She also hopped onto Snapchat to preview the catchy song. In the snippet, Katy sports a pair of shades and moves her head accordingly to the beat. The upbeat music seems to be taken from the chorus of "Bon Appetit" and we can already assume that the song would be a summer dance banger.

"Bon Appetit" is the follow-up to "Chained to the Rhythm" which was released last February. Both tracks are featured on Katy's highly-anticipated album which is expected to arrive this year. "There's going to be all kinds of stuff on [the album] and don't worry, you're going to have some of that good, old Katy Perry fluffy stuff that you love so much," she previously said of the project. "I have one song called 'Bon Appetit that I love it's pretty sexual."

Katy is set to be the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live" on May 20, joining host Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. With no announcement of her song selection, fans expect her to make "Bon Appetit" TV debut on the sketch show.
