"Grey's Anatomy" actor Jesse Williams and his wife, Aryn Lee-Drake, were reported to call it quits as Jesse recently filed for divorce. The couple tied the knot in September 2012 and has two children together, 3-year-old daughter named Sadie and 18-month-old son named Maceo.

TheJasmineBRAND.com reported that the reason for their divorce was "irreconcilable differences." A source close to the couple told the website, "They're trying to keep their split top secret and away from the public. They've actually been separated for awhile now."

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jesse requested joint custody for their children as well as termination of Aryn's spousal support. The website pointed out that denying spousal support sometimes meant the couple had a prenup agreement, but it wasn't the case with Jesse and Aryn.

The couple had been together for five years before they decided to get married. They met before Jesse became an actor. He gushed about his wife in a 2010 interview with USA Today. "I was a teacher when I met her, so she's been with me through all different facets of my career. She's stuck with me through thick and thick and thick and thin," he shared. "We know each other in and out, and she was very happy to move out here. She loves California and was tired of the weather on the East Coast."

Both Jesse and Aryn haven't released any statement regarding their divorce.
