Brad Pitt's six children recently visited him at his home in Los Feliz, California. The 53-year-old actor has been in custody battle with Angelina Jolie over their kids following their separation which was announced last September.

"His kids visited him at his Los Feliz home on the evening of April 2," a source tells ET about Pitt's recent reunion with Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8. According to the source, it was the first time since the actor separated from Jolie that all of their six kids were with him at one time, under his own roof.

Pitt was reportedly furious at Jolie because she neglected her children in order to give a speech in Switzerland. Her caretaker was said dropping her daughter Vivienne, causing the 8-year-old girl to hit her head. "When Brad heard about all this, he was fit to be tied!" a source shared. "Those kids could have been hurt badly! Up until now, Angie's had Brad tarred and feathered in the press! He didn't put up a fight because he was afraid of being completely barred from seeing their six children."

During a recent outing, Pitt looked extremely gaunt in his white long-sleeved shirt and jeans, paired with brown shoes and sunglasses. He has apparently lost a lot of weight since news of his split broke, but a source told ET that he "looks great" and had been working out regularly.

It's possible that Pitt lost some weight for his movie role as he is set to start filming "Ad Astra" in July. The sci-fi flick tells a story of an autistic engineer who travels to space in order to look for his father who is missing after trying to find a new extra-terrestrial life in Neptune.
