Chris Brown is in trouble yet again. The 27-year-old singer/songwriter is currently under police investigation after he was accused of punching a photographer at a nightclub on Monday morning, April 17.

Brown was in Florida over the weekend for his "Party Tour", performing a show at Amalie Arena on Sunday, April 16. After wrapping up his concert, he headed to an after-party held by Aja Channelside. He reportedly arrived after 1 A.M. for the paid appearance. Things were heating up as Brown's management reportedly told the club's in-house photographer, Bennie L. Vines Jr., to stop taking photos of the singer.

When Brown noticed Vines was taking photos from behind the DJ booth, he allegedly jumped over a couch and punched the photographer twice in the face, causing a small cut on his lip. In some photos obtained by TMZ, Vines' upper lip was deeply bruised and there's a small cut on the inside of his bottom lip. According to a report, he went to hospital and planned on pressing charges against the "Ayo" hitmaker.

Brown was not at the club when officers arrived. He reportedly went to The Drynk on South Howard Avenue, joining another after-party held by Fabolous. The Drynk manager Enrique DeJesus said the father of one stayed there until it closed at 3 A.M. and was "just having a good time."

It's not the first time Brown was accused of having brawls. In 2009, he was pleaded guilty to felony assault charges filed by Rihanna. He's since been in and out of jail and rehab, battling the courts for allegedly punching a man on the streets of Washington, D.C. and beating his former manager.
