New trailer of Charlize Theron-starring spy flick "Atomic Blonde" has been released. The trailer offers a better look at Theron as lethal assassin Lorraine Broughton, who is featured sending a series of deadly blows on her enemies.

"I chose this life," Lorraine says in the first part of the trailer. "And someday, it's going to get me killed." She later kills a bunch of men in a lavish hotel room, pours herself a drink and says, "But not today."

Elsewhere in the video, Lorraine uses her stiletto to fight against a man who tries to kill her in a car. In addition to the brutal action scenes, the trailer gives a glimpse of the circumstances in Berlin several days before the fall of the Berlin Wall.

"Atomic Blonde" is based on Antony Johnston's graphic novel "The Coldest City" and mainly set on the eve of the collapse of the Berlin Wall. The movie follows MI6 top-level spy Lorraine Broughton and her mission to take down a brutal espionage ring in Berlin. Broughton teams up with Berlin station chief David Percival (portrayed by James McAvoy) for the purpose.

The movie is directed by David Leitch, who also co-directed "John Wick" and will helm the upcoming "Deadpool 2". Theron is producing the movie along with A.J. Dix, Eric Gitter, Beth Kono, Kelly McCormick and Peter Schwerin. The film is distributed by Focus Features and will be released in the U.S. on July 28. Also staring in "Atomic Blonde" are Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, Sofia Boutella and John Goodman.
