The 'American Idol' winner is reportedly 'trapped in a bad marriage' with professional hockey player, Mike Fisher.

Carrie Underwood's marriage to hockey player Mike Fisher is reported to be at risk. Star magazine claims that the country singer is currently in a marital crisis as she and Fisher are constantly drifting apart. The tabloid reports, "Carrie Underwood's marriage to hockey star Mike Fisher has gone from fairytale to fractured. Has it reached a point of no return?"
According to a source, Underwood and Fisher are in a very vulnerable state. "Between their careers, Carrie and Mike are so busy that they're barely together, and unfortunately, their problems run much deeper than that. I believe Carrie feels Mike doesn't see their relationship as a priority, and that he's not putting forth the effort to make her happy and feel secure," the source states.
There haven't been reports about Underwood filing for divorce, but the tabloid provides a reason for that. "Carrie's bound by her faith to fight for her marriage," an insider says. The "Dirty Laundry" singer is indeed known as a faithful Christian, having sung at her church when she was a child and later released a song titled "Jesus, Take the Wheel".
