Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are fighting hard to save their rocky marriage. After Kim has reportedly been doing everything to keep it from heading towards a divorce, the 39-year-old rapper is allegedly trying to spoil his wife with extravagant jewelries to help his relationship with the reality TV star.
"Kanye has been putting in work to help his relationship with Kim," an insider tells HollywoodLife.com, before adding, "He's spending so much more time at home." Kanye has been busy with his Yeezy clothing line and music project, so being at home with his children North and West apparently will strengthen his marriage.
The source goes on asserting that 'Ye is "back to his old habits of totally spoiling Kim with gifts." As you may remember, the troubled rapper gave his wife a second diamond engagement ring that was closely similar to the 15 carat of Lorraine Schwartz engagement band he gave her back in 2013. He also likes to treat his socialite wife to some pricey presents including a Louis Vuitton dress, a Prada jumpsuit and a rainbow-hued fur coat by Saint Laurent.
"It seems like every other day he's giving her new bling," the source continues. However, Kim has reportedly been turning down her husband's expensive gifts as "she won't wear any of it." The source explains that Kim has changed her mind about flaunting her tastes after being robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewelries in Paris last year. "She's too afraid right now. It pretty much goes straight into the safe," the source adds.
The couple is "having a hard time" with their relationship following Kim's Paris robbery and Kanye's mental health crisis. The 36-year-old socialite is "doing everything in her power to keep them in a good space" for the sake of her children.
