Mama June a.k.a. June Shannon underwent gastric bypass surgery to help her lose weight, but the surgery didn't go smooth. A new sneak peek obtained by ET from her new reality series "Mama June: From Not to Hot" gives a look at the surgery, including graphic detail of how the doctors cut her stomach out.

Mama June expressed her worry prior to the procedure. "This surgery is honestly probably the scariest thing I've ever done in my life," she said. "I mean, I could die from it. I'm not one to let go of control easily and I have no control over this situation once they put me to sleep."

"Please bring me back," she said before she was put to sleep. The surgeon explained that a tube is placed all the way in the beginning of the stomach to the end of the stomach and they cut everything outside the tube. But they looked panicked as she started bleeding.

The surgery, fortunately, went successful. But Mama June faced another trouble during recovery as she's seen struggling to get out of bed in another clip from the show. "I'm feeling every bit of the pain today," she admitted. "I'm very, very sore -- very agitated."

"Mama June: From Not to Hot" airs Fridays at 10 P.M. ET/PT on WE tv.

After dropping 300 pounds, the 37-year-old reality star was recently reported ready to move on from her ex-husband Sugar Bear with a hot toy boy. "June is ready to get back out there again and fall in love," a source told HollywoodLife.com, "June fancies getting herself a hot young boy toy; she's never dated anyone like that before, and thinks now is the time."
