Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban turned up the heat when they arrived hand-in-hand at the 2017 Academy Awards. The happily-married couple packed on the PDA after they made a romantic entrance at the award-giving ceremony that took place at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday evening, February 26.
Kidman and her musician husband were being very affectionate while posing for photographers on the red carpet. They were not shy at all to passionately lock lips in front of the crowd at the prestigious event that was also attended by lots of reporters. Urban was even pictured getting handsy as he naughtily grabbed his wife's bum.
Kidman, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at this year's Oscars for her role in "Lion", referred to herself as a gentle "kitten" while talking to Daily Mail's reporter Baz Bamigboye. "Lioness? No. I'm a kitten," said the 47-year-old actress, laughing. Her husband quipped, "Kitten? I don't know about that."
Sadly, Kidman lost the Best Supporting Actress title to Viola Davis at the 89th annual Academy Awards. Davis was honored with the award for her powerful performance in "Fences". Besides Kidman, Davis beat other fellow nominees including Michelle Williams ("Manchester by the Sea"), Naomie Harris ("Moonlight") and Octavia Spencer ("Hidden Figures").
