James Corden was clearly having fun watching Britney Spears' biopic "Britney Ever After". The host dedicated a segment on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" to talk about the Lifetime movie.

"I'm flipping through the channels and it's like, oops!...I did it again. It's toxic. It drives me crazy because I just want Lifetime to gimme gimme more, gimme more," he said of the film while mentioning some of Spears' hits. Giving his comment on Natasha Bassett, who portrays Spears, Corden jokingly said, "She's the perfect person for a biopic if the biopic was about Tiffany Trump."

Talking about one scene in the movie, Corden said, "It's like you're watching a documentary, isn't it?" He then hilariously added, "In a world full of fake news, I'm just happy to have some truth. And that truth, ladies and gentleman, is that Britney Spears loves cheese puffs."

"They spent so much money on writers and actors. It appears like they ran out of money for getting the rights to Britney Spears' music," said Corden as he noticed that there were some unfamiliar Spears songs in the movie. "Luckily the creative masterminds behind the film came up with some Britney's songs even Britney didn't know existed," he joked.

Corden also addressed the casting of Nathan Keyes as NSYNC's Justin Timberlake. "The Lifetime version of Justin Timberlake maybe didn't look like him, but if you close your eyes, it's like he's in the room," said Corden, laughing. He then added, "You know it's Timberlake when you hear 'bomb diggity.' "

Corden, however, admitted that the Lifetime biopic ended in an inspiring way. "In these troubled times of conflict, the show ended with a powerful message," said Corden, followed by a clip of Bassett's Spears declaring that "we all deserve to be happy" appeared on screen. Losing his words to the movie, Corden could only be seen smiling while shaking his head.
