Lance Bass announced that there would be an NSYNC reunion this year to commemorate their 20th anniversary. The "Bye Bye Bye" singer opened up about his group's big projects during an interview with ET at his home in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 15.

"We're doing something [special]. I don't know if I can announce it yet," Bass hesitated for a moment before deciding to announce the good news, "We're coming out with a really cool vinyl edition of our Christmas album because it's coming up on the 20 years of that [1998's 'Home for Christmas'] album. And then we're going to be getting our star on the [Hollywood] Walk of Fame this year at some point."

The reunion would be the first in 15 years since NSYNC went on "hiatus" in 2002. Bass also assured that all five members of NSYNC, Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone, would participate in the reunion. "We will all be there," he said.

The husband of Michael Turchin later revealed that the only obstacle NSYNC faced was deciding on a date. "We just have to decide on a date. We're terrible at planning things," he explained. "We're five guys, so for us to make a decision about anything is really hard, so we just need to do it. So hopefully maybe around Christmas time. It'll be fun to see everybody again."

Although the group had not been working together for a long time, Bass claimed that they're still good friends after all. They even keep in touch with a group text chain and contact each other everyday. "All we do is bag on each other all day long," he shared. While most people think Timberlake's infamous noodle hair would be the target of the guys' jokes, Bass revealed that Fatone was their main victim. "Joey gets a lot of the brunt of our jokes, I mean, those guys are my brothers and so we act like immature brothers all the time," Bass confessed.
