Selena Gomez may share screen with The Weeknd amid their hot relationship. Report said that The Weeknd would like to appear in films together with the 24-year-old singer.

"Working on music would be great because they share that passion," a HollywoodLife.com source reported. "But The Weeknd wants to get a little more into some film projects and would love to share the screen with Selena."

The source then added, "But first before any of that is to have a successful relationship and if working a lot with each other ruined that he would stop the extra stuff immediately to make the relationship flourish."

Gomez is no stranger to starring in movies. She was featured in several films such as "Monte Carlo", "Getaway" and "In Dubious Battle". She voiced Mavis in "Hotel Transylvania" movie series, and she also had a leading role on Disney Channel's series "Wizards of Waverly Place". The Weeknd, meanwhile, has never made an appearance in the big screen, but he was nominated for an Oscar for his contribution to the "Fifty Shades of Grey" soundtrack.

Gomez will again voice Mavis in "Hotel Transylvania 3". The animated fantasy comedy is now in pre-production and set to be released in the U.S. on September 21, 2018.
