During a recent episode of her talk show, the outspoken host slammed the daughter of Michael Jackson for her Rolling Stone cover and a remark about her race.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams has a lot to say about Paris Jackson's recently-published interview with Rolling Stone. During the Wednesday, January 25 episode of "The Wendy Williams Show", the host shared her not-so-nice opinions on the teen's appearance on the magazine's cover and called out the daughter of Michael Jackson for saying she considered herself black.

Wendy first expressed her disapproval of Paris' Rolling Stone cover, saying the 18-year-old wasn't important enough to be on the "prestigious and influential" magazine's front page. "She has not made her mark on her own," she argued.

"You cannot be on the cover of one of the most prestigious entertainment and influential magazines in the world and just be the daughter of [Michael Jackson] and tell your story inside. Sorry you all," she continued before criticizing Paris for her remark about being black.

In the interview, the model said that she never questioned her race despite her light skin and her dad being an African-American. "I consider myself black," so she told the magazine. "[My dad] would look me in the eyes and he'd point his finger at me and he'd be like, 'You're black. Be proud of your roots.' And I'd be like, 'OK, he's my dad, why would he lie to me?' So I just believe what he told me. 'Cause, to my knowledge, he's never lied to me."

In response to the statement, Wendy told her audience, "By the way, she considers herself black, period. She's not going to address this again. She was raised black. Her father would constantly remind her of what it means to be black and proud and so don't ask her again."

"I get that she considers herself black and everything, but I'm just talking about the visual because you know ... black is not what you call yourself, it's what the cops see you when they got steel to your neck on the turnpike. It's what they see," she continued and added, "But that's cute, and good for her."

Wendy's comments didn't go unnoticed by Paris, who chose to fire back at the outspoken host in some tweets on Thursday, January 26. "well she didn't birth me so...," she wrote. Replying to a fan who asked her to ignore Wendy, Paris said, "She seems to think about the family a lot considering she makes all these claims about us. why are we on her mind so often?"
