Selena Gomez already has a messed up relationship with Bella Hadid thanks to her budding romance with the latter's ex The Weeknd. But things between the two ladies are apparently just getting worse as a new report claims that the Disney Channel alum has been betraying the Victoria's Secret model for months.

In Touch is the first to report that Selena and The Weeknd have actually been dating for more than a year now. That means, the rumored new lovers were also seeing each other when he was still in a relationship with Bella, whom the publication believes wouldn't be pleased to find out about her ex's alleged infidelity.

"Things are about to get way worse. Bella is going to be livid when she finds out Selena has been secretly dating The Weeknd for a year," an insider tells the news outlet.

Selena and The Weeknd reportedly had a meeting in late 2015 and she has since "managed to keep their romance a secret" from everyone, including her friends. "Selena wasn't honest with a lot of her friends about what was going on," the source continues.

The tabloid goes on saying that The Weeknd "strung her along for months, promising he would end things with Bella." The source explains that Bella eventually knew that The Weeknd was having an affair, but never thought it was with Selena.

"[The Weeknd and Bella's] relationship deteriorated as they started spending more and more time apart due to work commitments. She began to lose trust when his calls and texts became less frequent," the source says. "In the back of her mind, she had her suspicions that there was someone else, but little did she know that person [was] Selena!"

In Touch sure has an interesting story about the three superstars. But, fortunately, none of the claims above is true. Gossip Cop has contacted a reliable source who can assure fans that there's "not an ounce truth" to the article as Selena and The Weeknd never secretly dated behind Bella's back.
