New promo for the fifth and final season of "Bates Motel" has been released by A&E. The video opens with glimpses of the budding psycho Norman Bates (Freddie Highmore) who's seen doing his taxidermy hobby while living his double life.

The creepy video also unveils the dead body of Norma Bates (Vera Farmiga), who has been locked away in a place which looks like a cold storage. We also get to see Norma who looks like an Ice Queen.

Picking up nearly two years after Norma's death in the season 4 finale, "Bates Motel" season 5 finds Norman living a double life. Publicly, he's a happy and well-adjusted member of the White Pine Bay community, but he struggles at home as his violent blackouts continue to increase as "Mother" threatens to take over his mind completely.

Meanwhile, Dylan Massett (Max Thierot) and Emma Decody (Olivia Cooke) have been living their lives blissfully since leaving White Pine Bay. Unaware of Norma's death and Norman's full on descent into psychosis, they will soon find themselves drawn back into Norman's insanity. Elsewhere, a vengeful Alex Romero (Nestor Carbonell), who is currently incarcerated for a perjury, hungers for a chance to destroy his stepson and avenge the murder of his one true love, Norma Bates.

Austin Nichols is set to guest star in the fifth and final season of "Bates Motel". "The Walking Dead" alum will portray Sam Loomis, a mysterious and charismatic newcomer to White Pine Bay. He will antagonize Norman Bates when he tries to involve Norman in his web of lies.

"Bates Motel" season 5 will premiere on Monday, February 20 at 10 P.M. EST on A&E.
