AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez has been granted a temporary restraining order against a dangerous guy with a violent past whom she claims has been stalking her repeatedly. According to a new report from TMZ, a judge has ordered the alleged stalker whose name is Timothy McLanahan to stay 100 yards clear of her family.
In the papers JLo filed on Wednesday, December 4, she claims McLanahan has followed her from Los Angeles to Vegas to attend her shows and sent unwanted mail and flowers. The "I Luh Ya Papi" hitmaker says the man has already been arrested for showing up at her L.A. mansion and trespassing on her property.
As if it's not bad enough, the 47-year-old singer's bodyguard claims in the legal documents that McLanahan is a transient who has previously been arrested for firearms violations and threats. JLo's afraid that the alleged stalker will also threaten her twins' safety.
