Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth pay a surprise visit at Rady Children's Hospital, San Diego to spread some holiday love as part of her Happy Hippie Foundation. On Thursday afternoon, December 29, the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker and her 26-year-old fiance helped put smiles on the faces of young patients.
Miley just took to Instagram to share several heartwarming photos of her and the Australian hunk posing for selfie with their new friends. "Thank you @radychildrens for your incredible dedication to bettering the lives and health of the beautiful youngins @liamhemsworth and I got to visit today!" read the caption of one of the pictures.
The couple as well as the young fans truly had a day full of joy as they were seen smiling widely in some photos Miley shared. The 24-year-old singer excitedly captioned one photo, "Thank you for having us today! Beautiful children everywhere!" She wrote in another post, "Queen Warrior!!!! Yes you are!!!!!"
The hospital staff also posted on it's Facebook page a video compilation of their photos. They thanked the couple for "bringing joy and laughter" to the young patients. "Today we received a surprise special visit from a couple of people you might recognize!" read the message. "Thank you to Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and The Happy Hippie Foundation for bringing joy and laughter to our patients!"
