Pamela Anderson may face another deadly threat. A year after having cured of Hepatitis C, the former "Baywatch" babe's health is now reportedly in jeopardy, as the medical treatment for her liver disease is said to cause life-threatening cancer.

National Enquirer is the first to report that Anderson could be killed by the "miracle hepatitis drugs." "She now faces a horrifying cancer threat!" claims the publication. "In a gut-wrenching twist, the antiviral drugs that cured the 49-year-old 'Baywatch' bombshell have also triggered an alarming increase in killer cancer!"

"I have seen two people treated for hepatitis C who developed life-threatening cancers," the news outlet goes on to quote a doctor who has never treated her. "Pam has to be scared her hep C cure could lead to something worse," a so-called insider says. "It's a waiting game, hoping and praying that you're okay, but never really knowing for sure."

It's true that all medical treatments have side effects and additional health risk, but Anderson is actually "in excellent health." Her rep told Gossip Cop that the claim above is not true. "Pamela is in excellent health - hep and cancer free," the source reveals. "[There's] absolutely no truth to this story."
